The Company fully dissociates itself from these actions and underlines that it does not initiate steps to attract investments through phone calls or by other means of unsolicited contact. For your information and to prevent misdirection attempts, please note:

• No messages and phone requests: EVERGENT Investments does not carry out telemarketing campaigns or direct phone calls (via call centers) and does not empower third party entities (including call centers) to contact investors on behalf of the company. 
• Protected identity: no representative or employee of the company contacts investors or potential investors by phone to request money transfers or confidential trading information.
• Official sources: EVERGENT Investments recommends that investors make investment decisions based exclusively on official information published on the websites www.evergent.ro, www.bvb.ro, as well as the analyses provided by brokers that are authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority. 
• Actions: EVERGENT Investments encourages that all suspicious situations or any fraud attempt be reported to competent authorities immediately.
