Investors and analysts conference call - March 2, 2023

EVERGENT Investments hosts on March 2, 2023 at 14:00, Romanian time (CET + 1), a conference call in Romanian regarding the unaudited preliminary separate financial results for 2022.

The conference call will be hosted by:

-    Claudiu Doros –President and CEO

-    Catalin Iancu – Deputy CEO

-    Mihaela Moleavin – CFO

EVERGENT Investments shareholders, investors, capital market institutions or other parties interested in participating in the conference call are invited to register by sending a request to office@evergent.ro by March 2, 2023, 12:00, in order to receive the login ID. The registration application must include the entrant's name, company (if applicable) and email address. In the Q&A session, all questions submitted in the registration email will be addressed and, depending on the available time, the questions asked directly will be answered.
