Atria Urban Resort

The residential project “Atria Urban Resort”, with a 50% stake through Străulești Lac Alfa, is located in the north–western part of Bucharest, near Colosseum Retail Park and the ATAC Hiper Discount Chitila - by Auchan, offering quick access to the northern area of the capital. Developed in four phases, it will include a total of 1.365 apartments. Phase I was completed at the beginning of 2020, with all 160 apartments fully sold. Construction of Phase II was completed in December 2021, comprising 398 apartments, all of which have been sold. Phase III is completed and includes 350 apartments, of which 54% have been sold. This phase complies with nZEB standards, featuring solar panels and ventilation systems with heat recovery for energy efficiency. Phase IV is the final stage of the project, with 457 apartments planned. The urban planning certificate has been obtained and construction works are estimated to begin in the second half of 2026, following the issuance of the building permit.
