Atria Urban Resort

The “Atria Urban Resort” Residential Project, with a 50% holding through Străulești Lac Alfa, is located in the North–West of Bucharest, close to Colosseum Retail Park and ATAC discount hypermarket– Auchan Chitila, with easy access to the northern part of the capital. Developed in four phases, it will comprise a total of 1.365 apartments. Phase I was completed in early 2020, with 160 apartments, all sold. Phase II was completed in December 2021, comprising 398 apartments, 95% of which are sold. Phase III, now completed, includes 350 apartments, 37% of which are sold and 14% are pre-sold. It meets nZEB standards, with solar panels and heat recovery ventilation systems for energy efficiency. Phase IV is the final phase of the project, with 457 apartments planned. The planning certificate has been issued and work is expected to start in the second quarter of 2025.
