Evergent Investments has 37% indirect holding in Veranda Mall through its holdings in Professional Imo Partners SA and Nord SA. The rentable area is around 34.000 sqm of commercial galleries. Veranda also has a multiplex cinema with 12 screening rooms. Veranda’s activity constantly improved reaching an occupation degree 99%.

Veranda Mall, opened in the autumn of 2016, represents a successful extension of the traditional Obor commercial area in Bucharest.
