EVER IMO

Baba Novac Residence is the first real-estate development project of EVERGENT Investments. Located in the semi-central area of Bucharest, it is optimally positioned in the Dristor-Mihai Bravu residential area. The successful project started in 2016, highly appreciated by the buyers, consists in 363 apartments that were all sold by 2020 and has become a reference project for residential developments in the area.  

The northern part of Bucharest has a quick and vast development, both in the residential area and in the office area. EVER Imo aims to develop real estate projects in this residential pole of great future:

• Real estate project that will be developed on a 13,000 sqm plot located in Străulești - an area that will be a new premium financial and residential pole in the North of Bucharest. The documentation for obtaining the Detailed Urban Plan is currently in progress.
• Real estate project that is under preparation, on a 19,000 sqm plot of land located in Gheorghe Ionescu Sisesti - an area with great potential for residential development in the North of the Capital.
• Real estate project located on a plot of land with an area of 11,000 sqm, with an approved Zonal Urban Plan (basement+semi-basement+ground floor+10 floors), located in a semi-central area of Bucharest, with good prospects in the residential sector.
